I bought it to replace a microwave that I've had since 2002. I first tried a GE brand in black but couldn't believe how cheap it felt and who thought it was a good idea to make the control panel gray lettering on black? So I replaced it with this Frigidaire brand and I'm so happy with the easy to read panel, it feels solid, it fits in beautifully in my kitchen. I might have bought a more expensive model, but was told by the dealers that none of them are guaranteed beyond eight years. So why bother?

I have had good luck with this brand so chose to stay with it. It slipped right into place with no problems at all. I am banking on this one lasting as long as the last one

Cute, slightly retro looking(?) microwave. Handy person / contractor who installed it didn’t seem to have any significant issues; the only challenge was that the prior microwave had different places where it anchored, so some hole-drilling, and care were needed with the installation. Once the microwave was in place, I had a question about what I eventually learned was a wave-cover. It took a bit of time, but customer service was helpful & so eventually was a tech / repair person with whom I met on zoom to clarify and resolve that concern. The appliance was still under warranty so there was no charge for any of that. In short, I feel good about this purchase.

Our current microwave quit working. We were looking for a similar one to make installation easier. This worked just fine and has updated functions.

Amazon said my return had been approved ny the seller and sent me a pre-paid return label addressed to the seller in Edison, NJ. There is a message from the seller saying not to use that label, and if I do, they won't pay for the shipping. What does that mean to me? They will send their own label, which I have not received. Bargain Ben, the seller, sent me a message asking about the issues that I reported. I reiterated what I said previously and asked what wasn't clear. I let Bargain Ben know that I did not want a malfunctioning microwave, the inside light stays on constantly and the rotating table rotates constantly when the door is shut (no time entered and the Start button hasn't been pushed.) The only way the rotating stops is if the door stays opened. This unit has never been used. It acted this way as soon as the installer plugged it in. Horrible customer service. What is Bargain Ben going to do about a microwave made in China? I want to return this and I want a refund. I do NOT want a replacement unit. Follow up - I was able to return the unit using the return label provided by Amazon, and I did get a refund.

This product was a quick and accurate install because of the helpful templates that were included with the microwave.
