This is a great microwave.It fit nicely over our gas stove and its exhaust blows out of the top of the microwave oven.There are great features and it’s much more powerful than the one it replaced.

Came ahead of time. Easy to install. Works well.

Cute, slightly retro looking(?) microwave. Handy person / contractor who installed it didn’t seem to have any significant issues; the only challenge was that the prior microwave had different places where it anchored, so some hole-drilling, and care were needed with the installation. Once the microwave was in place, I had a question about what I eventually learned was a wave-cover. It took a bit of time, but customer service was helpful & so eventually was a tech / repair person with whom I met on zoom to clarify and resolve that concern. The appliance was still under warranty so there was no charge for any of that. In short, I feel good about this purchase.

I installed this unit to replace an 18 year old Frigidaire unit that failed!! It fit perfectly and works and looks great!! The only thing I miss is the nameplate is printed, and not in cursive!!

I bought it to replace a microwave that I've had since 2002. I first tried a GE brand in black but couldn't believe how cheap it felt and who thought it was a good idea to make the control panel gray lettering on black? So I replaced it with this Frigidaire brand and I'm so happy with the easy to read panel, it feels solid, it fits in beautifully in my kitchen. I might have bought a more expensive model, but was told by the dealers that none of them are guaranteed beyond eight years. So why bother?

Despite Consumer Reports positive review, I am not impressed. It arrived in an outer box that appeared to have been thrown down a flight of stairs. Opened it up and plugged it in; seemed okay. Called a friend (a retired building contractor). The first problem: there was no back mounting plate. Fortunately, with a little trimming the old one worked/only to discover that the template for the top that showed where to drill from above to use the screws to hold up the front was off by 3/8 of an inch. (Unfortunately, I only discovered this after I had drilled so--since the new hole was so close to the old I had to fill the old with epoxy filler/let dry and then drill the correct width). I shouldn't have been surprised: the instructions are generally accurate, but incomplete at a couple of points and badly written. The author--I suspect Google translate--clearly didn't know the difference between screw (singular) and screws (plural). And the fact that it included four front mounting screws when only two were needed does not inspire confidence. I'm not knocking Chinese production, but can't Frigidaire afford to have an English-speaking person look at an installation and operating manuals.Finally, while the controls are intuitive, it seems quiet, the inside light is bright and the noise level is moderate, it seems to take longer to heat/cook items than our 16 year old Samsung above the range microwave that had expired. I judge this from the fact that, when preparing to foam milk for a cappucino, I normally heat two cups with a quarter to 3/8 inch milk 45 seconds to bring it up to "just below" boiling, this unit takes 60 seconds.In short: disappointment with a product so highly rated.

I have had good luck with this brand so chose to stay with it. It slipped right into place with no problems at all. I am banking on this one lasting as long as the last one

Amazon said my return had been approved ny the seller and sent me a pre-paid return label addressed to the seller in Edison, NJ.There is a message from the seller saying not to use that label, and if I do, they won't pay for the shipping. What does that mean to me? They will send their own label, which I have not received.Bargain Ben, the seller, sent me a message asking about the issues that I reported. I reiterated what I said previously and asked what wasn't clear.I let Bargain Ben know that I did not want a malfunctioning microwave, the inside light stays on constantly and the rotating table rotates constantly when the door is shut (no time entered and the Start button hasn't been pushed.) The only way the rotating stops is if the door stays opened.This unit has never been used. It acted this way as soon as the installer plugged it in.Horrible customer service. What is Bargain Ben going to do about a microwave made in China?I want to return this and I want a refund. I do NOT want a replacement unit.Follow up - I was able to return the unit using the return label provided by Amazon, and I did get a refund.
