Kudos to Epson on this one. I've had the printer for over a year now and it's worked perfectly since then. I like that I don't have to worry about ink as Epson picks it up and send me new supplies everytime I need it for a very small fee. It's easy to setup and durable. The print quality is immaculate, connects seamlessly to WiFi, boots up within seconds and it's keeps updating to match the latest software.

The printer is great, it's the second one I've bought of this type for a home office and I can't fault it. Easy set up and easy to use and a really great price. 5 stars for the printer. However I feel I have to comment here about the delivery as Amazon don't seem to give their customers any outlet to make a complaint or inform them of any dodgy happenings. We were waiting eagerly for our first delivery. We tracked the van down to it's last stops then when we saw the van was right outside we were watching out the window waiting to open the door. The van pulled up, the driver looked at our house, then our delivery status changed to delivered, handed to resident and he drove straight off. I immediately took to Amazon to see if I could report it but no!! Automated messaging took me to an "oh dear, it seems the status was changed too early. If you haven't received it in 5 days you can come back to us"!!!! WHAT!!!" YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER STOLE IT!!!! AND I CANT TELL ANYONE? Dodgy delivery men aside though a replacement was delivered several days later after I waited the allotted time and went back to the automated service. But I just can't fathom a system that doesn't allow for reporting this kind of thing. And from what I can tell this is quite common.

Practical printer for home office purposes. Quick printing and very crisp copies. Easy to set up as you follow instructions. Paper jams have been very rare, having used the machine for over a year now. Only problem is the original Epson cartridges can be expensive, so I alternate between compatible and manufacturer brands. Last quite a while though, depending on how much printing you do.

I have always liked Epson printers. Some years ago when I ran a small business my previous Epson Workforce printer, a Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4535DWF A4 Multifunction Inkjet Printer, did a sterling job of coping with our business needs. Sadly it got fried one night due to a lightning strike! Shortly after our business came to an end. Since then my printing needs have been less demanding so I have had a couple of ‘expression’ printers that have served their purpose. However, things have changed yet again so another ‘workforce’ printer was in order. This current one has continued where the last one left off albeit with slightly less facilities than the old one, namely a separate document feeder for photo paper, and only one paper cassette instead of two. The modern one has also now gone touchscreen which works well. This one was just as simple to install and setup as the previous one, both WiFi and Ethernet, & the print quality is excellent for the price, almost laser quality! It’s first task of printing a 100 page manual, double sided and in colour, was completed without issue. It’s second job of printing a ten page A5 booklet was also completed without a hitch. Copying and scanning were also straight forward and performed faultlessly. Haven’t tried the fax feature as these days I have no need for this, but I’m sure that would be just as simply completed. Printing from my iPhone and iPad has also been just as easy. I like the separate ink cartridges as it keeps the costs down and, although the genuine cartridges are a tad on the expensive side, the quality is worth paying for in my opinion as it’s always been a bit of a lottery finding good quality & reliable ‘non genuine’ cartridges. Time will tell if it continues to perform to expectations, but if it performs like our earlier one, I will be more than happy.
