Great Statue — But Product Box Arrived Completely Crushed
This Iron Studios Joker Minico statue looks fantastic and matches the product photos exactly. The figure itself arrived in perfect condition and has excellent paint detail for a small collectible. The outer Amazon shipping box was intact, but the product’s display box inside was badly smashed — creased, crushed, and looked like it had been stepped on. Since this was the last unit in stock, an exchange wasn’t an option, but Amazon customer service resolved the issue quickly. Pros • High-quality sculpt and paint application • Sturdy statue with great shelf presence • Matches the promotional photos exactly • Well-protected internally (figure survived despite box damage) • Amazon customer service handled the issue smoothly Cons • Product box arrived severely crushed • No remaining stock available for exchange • Poor protection for collectors who want display-quality packaging Verdict The statue itself is excellent and worth owning for any Joker or Dark Knight fan, but the inner box arrived in unacceptable condition.
