No it does not get crunch and flake up on combing. I really like the Gel but the shipping costs are terrible and I am looking for another Gel.

What the specific ingredients in vo5 mega hold styling gel?

Hello Anjelica: I have often wandered what the ingredients are myself. I will tell you that it really works. I have very thin hair so I have found that I need a round ball of it about the size of a dime to keep my hair from blowing all over the place. You may need much less. If you use to much it will tend to dry and leave a white powder on you comb. If you decide to try it buy the 50 ml first that way you won't waste your money if you don't like it. Also, if your located in England you can buy it locally, however, if your in the states it takes about 3 weeks to get it from England because I can't buy it locally here for some reason. Not for senior brillo hair.

I had high hopes, and I'm guessing this is an excellent product if your hair is normal. My hair is thick, coarse, grey brillo hair. It looks good for a minute.
