No, it has neither. And I will add that it is the best shampoo I've ever used. I absolutely love it!

What are the ingredients?

i love this shampoo, however it is not organic. the list of ingredients is too lengthy to list, however it contains: water, sodium sulfonate, glycol stearate, cocamide, sodium chloride, tocogpheral, etc. the list goes on. the only way to purchase this product, i have found, is online. if you are only interested in natural ingredients, you may not be interested. now that i am seeing all the ingredients, i may switch after i use up my supply. ADAMS makes a nice coconut shampoo and conditioner, however, it is pricey. best of luck!
