Q: Is it heat resistent?

As it is made from silicone it is heat resistant. I used it for making sugar cubes (which is just molding table sugar & water), but it is also meant for making candy molds which would require it to be heat resistant. It makes nice uniform miniature heart shapes.

Q: How many teaspoons of chocolate does each heart hold?

Maybe one. The hearts are small, in very flexible silicone, but they are deeper than most molds and may be difficult to remove. Decided not to use them the day I wanted to cause I figured it would take to long to remove them. Will try later

Q: Shiny or matte inside?

Not super shiny it is not matte tho

Q: Is this mold firm - meaning that it stays pretty straight when you're shaking out/turning out what you've made in it, or is more on the flimsy side?

Very flimsy and hard to get the tiny hearts out you must poke your finger in each one to get it out and turn each one inside out and then turn it right Side back. Was not fun or easy.
