Worth the price!
I am honestly obsessed with this stethoscope. I have some reduced hearing right now due to fluid buildup (getting that taken care of soon, don’t worry), and I was a little nervous about how that would affect my assessments—but this completely changed the game for me. I can hear so clearly with this, it’s honestly kind of amazing. The amplification is a huge difference compared to a standard stethoscope. Heart and lung sounds are much easier to pick up, and the noise cancellation really helps cut out background noise, especially in busy clinical settings. It makes me feel way more confident in what I’m hearing instead of second-guessing everything. The digital features are also really cool. Being able to visualize sound waves in the app adds another layer of learning, which is super helpful as a student. It’s not just a tool, it actually helps you improve your assessment skills. The only downside is the price, it’s definitely an investment. But for me, especially with hearing challenges right now, it’s 100% worth it.

Exceptional Stethoscope: Raises the Bar with Outstanding Quality and Performance
This Stethoscope Raises the Bar! Although it’s a bit pricey, I can confidently say that it sets a new standard for what a stethoscope should be. From the moment I picked it up, I could tell it was built with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. All I can say is wow! The sound quality is exceptional, making it easy to hear even the faintest heartbeats and lung sounds, which is crucial in my line of work. What’s even more impressive is how many people I've let try it out who also respond with a resounding wow. Many of them end up ordering one for themselves if they can afford it. While it’s not the cheapest option on the market, I genuinely believe it is worth every penny. The performance and durability you get are unparalleled compared to other stethoscopes. I also highly recommend purchasing the hard case that’s specifically designed for this stethoscope. It’s essential for protecting your investment, especially if you accidentally drop it while transporting it. Overall, this stethoscope combines quality, performance, and a touch of luxury, making it an invaluable tool for any healthcare professional. I couldn't be happier with my purchase

Perfect for old ears and hearing loss
Should have upgraded a long time ago. What a difference in what I can hear!! ONLY downside is the digital amplifier rides directly on my clavicle when wearing around my neck, and that gets a bit annoying.

Amazing stethoscope!
So thankful for this stethoscope! Turns out I’m losing my hearing and struggle to hear out of the classic iii with this I know I’m not going to miss the sounds I’m looking for! Well worth the money!

A must have
This was a game changer for me. The volume settings are amazing. Sound is so crisp and clean. Easy to use with just a push of a button you open up a world of sound quality that can not be matched. I hear everything. It allows greater accuracy in your assessments. It is heavier than the normal stethoscope so be mindful. It also needs to be charged before use. I actually debated about buying for a long time because of the price. A coworker that is hearing impaired uses this so she can function as a nurse with her disability and recommended it to us all. It's a purchase you will not regret. Technology is ever changing as is nursing. We need to match its speed in all aspects. This changed my mind about a lot of products available out there that make our job easier. I won't be falling behind anymore. I added many new electronic items to my nursing bag now. This has started a new chapter for me and my coworkers. We won't stay stuck in the past.

Great sound quality using the stethoscope! Could be so much better.
I have always used Littmann stethoscopes since beginning my career as a physician. As I have gotten older I have felt that I struggle to hear subtle murmurs etc. The CORE digital attachment is fantastic! I can hear faint murmurs I probably would have otherwise missed. There are several things that I don't like. 1. As a physician who takes care of adult patients only, having a pediatric sized diaphragm is really not useful. This is made even more evident when you consider that the diaphragms tend to swivel very easily. I have found myself frequently having to tap the diaphragm to make sure I have the correct size selected. There is a very small dot on the tubing that I suppose is to help you know which diaphragm you have selected. The problem with the dot, is 1. it is black and blends in with the tubing. 2. When you choose the adult diaphragm, it is almost impossible to see. 2. It would be great if there were several options to choose from with regards to the diaphragm. An adult only, a pediatric only and both. That way physicians, NPs etc. could choose the chest piece that is ideal for the patients they see. 3. I was very disappointed with the sound quality using the app and Apple AirPods Pro. I was hoping to be able to use the CORE attachment when I had to see patients who were in isolation, but the sound quality was very faint. Maybe I didn't have the volume adjusted properly, that is something I will try with different volume settings and see if it makes a difference. 4. The app is ok. I find that it is very cumbersome to try to use the app to record heart sounds. You have get your phone out and open the app, then make sure that the app is connected to the CORE and then you listen to the patient. As busy as most physicians and other care givers are these days, it seems to be something that could be so much better. I can see this being very helpful in an academic setting, where a teaching attending has his medical students or residents listen to a patient while the attending records the sounds on the app. But for the vast majority of users I feel its more of hassle to try and use the app. 5. I have noticed that if you were to leave the CORE on, it will quickly drain the battery. I haven't had an issue with not having enough battery because I turn off the CORE as soon as I am done examining the patient, but it is something to be aware of. All in all, it is great and makes a difference to be able to pick up faint subtle murmurs etc. I would love to give it 5 stars, but it has enough quirks that I couldn't give it 5 stars. Hopefully it will improve with suggestions given by everyday users.

Such a great stethoscope
Works absolutely well, and I love the silencer feature too. You won’t regret this purchase, and it’s worth the price, too.

Sound is fantastic
So far, it looks and feels great. I'm HOH so I needed something I can amplify sound with. I had a budget, so it was important to stay below a certain number but still have something good and effective. I have not taken this to work yet, but trying it at home, it met my expectations. I did compare it to my basic stethoscope and the difference is night and day. I can definitely hear better from this. I don't know if I'll use the smart features, but I do hope there is a way to adjust volume gradually instead of the button going regular to loud. We'll see. Its very stylish and professional looking. It feels durable. The black color was affordable compared to competitors who charge more for a solid color. I didn't receive any incentives but I do recommend this product.

Completely worth the money
I have to say, I love this stethoscope! I previously had the III version stethoscope from Littmann and although I liked it, I struggled to hear sounds clearly on certain patients. After trying a similar model of my co-worker's I was finally convinced to get this one. I love how clear the audio is; I can even hear heart sounds when listening to lower posterior lungs! I'm not a big fan of the Eko app as I don't have much use for it but I like connecting to it to see my stethoscope's battery life. I've heard some people say it's tedious to charge the stethoscope but I simply turn the electronic mode off after auscultating patients and I only have to charge it every ~3 (12 hour) shifts. And even then it's only about 2 hours to charge it fully. So not a big nuisance in my eyes. To me the only slight issue is that the stethoscope tubing is longer than the III model, meaning it doesn't fit into my current stethoscope case and is a bit awkward to fold and put in my scrub pants' side pocket. But still a great item!

Couldn't verify originality of product
I couldn't register the product online. When contacted littman through mail with serial number and pics they didn't bothered to reply. So I returned it.
