Not at the same time on the same unit. It only pairs one.

Does this require a do it all handle to work?

No it does not need the do it all stick, it only requires the do it all to control shutter function, the mic hooks up to the pocket 2 for wireless mic operation

Can you plug a handleld wired mic (not lavelliere) into its 3.5mm input and will that sound transmit?

I've not tried this but as long as the wired mic has the correct trs/trrs configuration it should work.

Can you plug a 3.5mm Lavalier microphone to this?

You can. Keep in mind this mic only works with the Pocket 2.
