Bearing broke
😊UPDATE: The company got in contact with me and sent me the necessary parts for the scooter. The customer service team made sure I had what I needed and followed up to make sure the scooter worked after . It does and my kids love riding it. They made things right and I highly recommend the Company. Thank you . This was a Christmas present for my son. Bought it in November and was stored away til Christmas. A bearing broke and now the scooter doesn’t turn properly which can result to an injury. The product should last more than 3 months. He started using it late December and we are in march. With the bearing broke it is hard for him to turn.

Fun scooter
My daughter loves it. My 14 year old assembled it! Great toy and easy to use.

Arrived with missing screws and damaged screws holes in the foot boards
Glad I opened the box and checked before Christmas. Unfolded the scooter and found the screws for one of the foot boards were gone and the holes were torn up. Too close to Christmas to chance a return, so I'll just repair it myself. Updated: seller reached out and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Updated to 4 stars.

Was a waste of money
Was a waste of my money. Got this for my grandson and he never got to enjoy it because the wheels never worked right, wouldn’t move or turn and it doesn’t fold up as easily as it should.

Good for 4 year old
Not as heavy duty as I was hoping. Got another brand for my daughter an it's heavy duty material and taller without adjusting but son loves the light up wheels

Good product shipping was not good, but they did make it right by sending a new one
The product was great when I finally got it. They had to send it to me twice. Because it got lost. This was 1 of 2 items, both of the first ones were never received. Other than shipping, it's a good product
