will this work on a 2011 street glide flhx

I've only used it on a 07 soft tail delux which has the pivot bolt covered so it didn't exactly work as designed but still was able to use for reference side to side

Has anyone tried this on a 2018-2021 harley softail?

It works great to align your rear wheel on a softail. Center it where your swingarm bolts to the frame, to the center of your rear axle.

Would you know if it would work on a 95 Road King?

Yes it works on all Harley davidson motorcycles

will this work on a 2006 fxstb night train?

this worked on a 2002 Heritage softail but would not work on a 2015 softail due to the axle nut, you can Fab up an axle nut center retention insert for the alignment tool - its a little effort but it will work.
