I love it.
Ive been carrying this around with me for 4 years now. Its great, easy to put together and put away. Durable. But the bag isnt. The bag is torn apart from the metal poles. Low key, great gift.

It Broke The First Time
This product states that it will hold 450 lbs. Mine did not. I easily assembled the stand (it came without any instructions). Then, I tried to sit on my hammock. I weigh 265 lbs - well within the stated weight capacity. The metal tube immediately bent right at the weld, where the tube is flattened to make the weld. (See pictures. The first picture is where it bent. The metal didn't break or crack, it just bent (obviously too soft). The second picture is the other side where it didn't bend. You will note the difference in the angles.) Pros: 1. Very easy to figure out how to assemble. (Earned one star just for that.) 2. Came with a handy carrying bag. I could've taken it with me camping or anywhere. Cons: 1. No instructions. (Not everyone is mechanically inclined.) 2. The hook washers slid right over their stops. (Not a show-stopper but shouldn't happen.) 3. One side bent and now the stand is unusable. (I don't weigh anywhere near the stated capacity.) 4. Not structurally sound at just over half the stated capacity. As a professional designer, I would say this was due to the quality of metal tubing chosen, poor metallurgy at the weld, and insufficient bracing. Conclusion: I don't know if they are all as weak as this one was, but I hope the seller will contact me and make good on my purchase. I am open to a replacement. If that works as promised, I will amend my rating. If it doesn't hold up, I will want a refund. Based on the current situation, I cannot recommend this product.

Holds 185 lbs
This was a great purchase. The price is worth it. It's not perfectly straight so with set up if something didn't fit perfectly I would flip the piece around and it worked. It did need to settle a bit but was totally worth it. I have a hand woven hammock on it I did have to put the hooks at the lowest hole for that. If you have an extra long hammock it may not fit. But for me I am completely satisfied.

A little wobbly, but fine
This product is definitely what you get for the money. It’s a bit wobbly even on my flat porch. It did not come with directions, but assembly was easy (I just looked at the product photos and figured it out). Definitely not the best of the best, but it’s what I expected for 30 bucks.

Love it
I purchased a hammock at TJ Maxx and I live in an apt so I came looking for a hammock stand that I can put and take down easily. Found this one with free delivery and affordable than the rest. It came in and it did not disappoint. Easy setup and works perfectly with the hammock from TJ Maxx. It came with a bag that has the instruction laminated on the front to set it up which is convenient so the instruction doesn't get lost. Will try it out at the beach soon.

Single Use Only
Package came, box was destroyed. The pipes were just wrapped in thin bubblewrap but otherwise loose. No instructions, but wasn't hard to figure out. Screw knob goes here, hook goes there. There is no rigidity to the frame as it flexes and bends wildly. The welds on the legs and pipe have no gussetting, so they will break after it sees enough flexing through use. There is zero durability. If you just need a hammock frame for the rare camping trip, this is the frame for you. Put in the recycling bin after use. Or use trees instead. You absolutely get what you pay for here - cheap price, cheap product.

A backyard necessity
This was able to be broken out, assembled, and set up within about 5 minutes without needing to refer to the instructions at all. It is very solid and can easily support two typical Americans (fatties) without fear. It also breaks apart easily and is relatively portable. It's compact and light enough for loading in a car and walking it to your campsite/sporting event, but it's not backpacker friendly.

Broke Well Under Weight Limit - DO NOT BUY
First, no instructions for assembly were included, but luckily I'm a smart lady and figured it out. Now to the major problem- I purchased this for one reason only- my husband is a little over 300lbs and a lot of hammock stands and hammocks I've seen while searching have a weigh capacity of 300lbs. We couldn't trust it that close, even as he works to lose weight, so when I found this we celebrated. We were SO excited. Like...over the moon for something that wouldnt make him feel like crap about himself and also wouldn't destroy our bank account. Let me be clear- it arrived and I sropped everything and put it together IMMEDIATELY. We were so hopeful. Then my husband took a break from working from home so he could come sit on it. Like, stepped away from work. We were that excited. 309lbs, he went to sit on it, and the stand bent such that it is now completely unusable and my husband immediately fell on his tailbone against the bottom bar. Literally, it instantly collapsed. I had it together for less than 30 minutes. I'm LIVID, my husband is sore, and the advertisement is FALSE. I tried to bend it back, but every bit of weight now just folds the metal back to where it was. Don't buy it. Even if you're only 150lbs soaking wet and don't have a problem with the weight limit, just out of principle don't buy it.
