Great. Sugar dropped 10-20 by the end of a week cutting out 12 units of insulin a day

I was skeptical about taking this product but it really works for weigh loss. I have been taking daily for a few months and have lost 8 lbs. I did not change my diet at all, and it works anyway. I feel full after a meal and dont over eat.

I struggle with my diabetic medication. My fasting sugars are always high in the morning and then stay elevated throughout the day. Taking this supplement, my blood sugar is around 100 two (2) hours after eating, my appetite is less, my fasting sugars are way improved, and my weight is down a little. I know that medication affects everyone differently, but this medication is really helping my blood sugar control, cravings and weight.

I tried these Berberine 500ml capsules for the first time due to Naomi's claim of clean sourced ingredients for 30 days. This product worked in reducing my blood glucose after meals and curbing appetite without major bloating, just mild burps/flatulence. The only reason why I'm not giving this product five stars is because the capsuls have a very strong metalic taste when placed on the tongue. I don't know if this is normal for berberine capsuls but I've never experienced this flavor with any other types of capsuls. I will try other brands to see if this is normal with berberine.

I took it for 5 weeks, gradually until I took 3 pills a day, with breakfast, lunch and before bed. Unfortunately, I started to feel nauseous all day and couldn't take it anymore. Needless to say I lost weight as I couldn't eat as I felt to nauseous. It may work very well for others.
