Not sure if they are working because I take so many supplements. But these are sublingual dissolveable tablets. They take a little longer to dissolve then I thought they would. They seem sweet and have a slight berry taste. Nothing strong, but if you are drinking something sweet right afterwards, you wont taste your drink. lol Small in size, easy to use.

If you Need B12 in a high mcg, this may work for You. However, a vitamin B-Complex may be better. Please, consult your Dr. before using this. I need this High strength B12 vitamin; it tastes good, absorbs fast, texture is clean/smooth, easy to take (sublingual), I have no mood swings, or side effects.
