Reusable Hot and Cold Ice Packs for Injuries - Large (No Straps)

The pack works as directed. The thing I love is that it comes with a sleeve that wraps around the body part you need iced or heated. Works for the recommended 20 minute application. I ever need another, which I don’t think I will, I’m definitely rebuying. And it comes with two packets!! One for room temperature and another kept in the freezer. Just perfect!!

This is perfect for my needs. I use it daily for my knee and the velcro strap is good and secure. It is long and stretchy so it is perfect to go around my knee. I like that it comes with 2 packs so I can alternate or use one for heat if needed. They are perfect to use either hot or cold. The cover is mesh on one side and soft cloth covering on the other. I use the mesh for my knee as it is colder for me. It stays cold a long time. One of the few I had that stays cold. You can put in the microwave to heat also.I highly recommend this product. Well made, sturdy product.

These are great cold packs to use for back or joint injuries, relief of muscle strains, etc. Just right size 5.5" W x 10" L. Use for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off. Can be put in the freezer. See package directions for usage. Durable packs prevent leakage and the extra fabric cover with wrap band provides versatility of use. Highly recommend this product.

I love these hot/cold packs! They’r there is no leakage from the bags and the coolness stays for a long time. I feel that the material of the pack is very durable and it work on numerous body parts. The only thing is that the fit of the strap on the comfortable strap roles and should be a little more durable and bigger. The Velcro has been amazing and despite it rolling it still holds. I world highly recommend!

I will soon be having knee replacement and needed something after surgery and also now to help with swelling. The ice pack has material in one side, which I like because I think that will feel better when I have the surgery and it is laid on the incision. It fits nicely over the knee. It straps on easily and stays cold for about 30 -45 minutes. It isn’t very heavy either which is good for the incision. The only question I had was that the instructions say to freeze it in the bag for longer life on the card that was enclosed and then the directions on the pamphlet stated that it needs to be frozen lying flat, which cannot be done if placed in the bag. Overall it is a nice ice pack for the price and I would buy it again.

These work well for me. They last the appropriate amount of time, they are comfortable and still allow some movement as needed while wearing

The sleeve is easy to use, and holds position well without coming loose. If you're going to microwave these, you REALLY have to be careful, or else it can pop. Other than that, freezes and heats up well. The fact that it comes with 2 is great for freezing, so you can rotate ice packs as needed.

I got this for my back pain. I would always use a hot water bottle but found it very inconvenient to lug it around. This belt however is super comfortable and convenient and helped me a lot with easing my back pain.

Just what I needed for my sore knee. Works well and having a second pact means it’s always ready for use. Highly recommend

Worked perfectly for my shoulder injury and then later a leg injury. Stays nice and pliable when frozen, unlike many other products.

Easy to use but not very practical. Should give two straps .. so that both knees can be done at same time.Quality of strap and Velcro very poor. Gel is excellent.
