My heel feels significantly better. The extra cushion makes such a big difference. I’m so thankful I discovered these!

It took me a while to find a pair of these that I was pretty sure wouldn't give me sensory problems and these are perfect in that regard. The fabric is soft, moreso on the outside, but the inside isn't just bare neoprene. The bottom has a nice gel pad (maybe 1/4" thick at the edges) that tapers to an open section for heel pressure relief. The Velcro on the strap is about 1.5" on each side, allowing for decent adjustability. However, if you need to adjust it larger, it will expose the scratchy part of the Velcro which is facing the top of your foot. (Edit: you can easily flip these inside out to have the exposed Velcro facing away from your foot) My only issue was sizing. The large is sized for women's size 9.5+. I wear a 9.5 wide with large ankles and a high instep, so that's what I chose. Unfortunately, it's quite loose around the bottom of my foot and would likely be uncomfortable in a shoe. The fabric extends a little to far forward on the sole of my foot and the Velcro is barely connected because I have adjusted the strap so far. Unless you have very wide feet, I would get the small if you are within 2 sizes.

Edit: i originally gave these a 5 star review but after 1 day working on hard concrete floors, these things chafed my heels something fierce. Get a size down from your foot size unless you have really large feet (height wise.) I was a bit skeptical about this product at first, but after trying them on and walking on them over my socks and in my boots (which they fit snugly in place) i may never walk without these on. I broke my right heel almost a year ago to date and have been suffering from almost debilitating heel pain ever since then. I also walk in a way that puts alot of pressure on my heels. Once i wear through these, I'm most definitely buying them again!

Really great product. I wear an AFO but that doesn't stop me from walking a lot. As a result of my walking so much I get a chronic blister on the bottom heel of the AFO foot. It's been a problem for years and, when I really walk a lot and it becomes a blood blister, my doctor fears risks of infection. I finally found the solution with this heel cap. It stays put (because of the strap) where other heel supports slide in the shoe. And there's a bit of a cutout at the precise heel point of impact which, when I showed it to my doctor, impressed even her. "Where did you get that? I lot of my patients would love this," was her reaction. I agreed.

I have two pair of these in biege (same size in all three - bought a month & a month ½ before this purchase) & the black ones are not made the same. They are shorter, smaller overall & the gel isn't near as full or comfortable as the biege. This must be a defective pair.

These work so well! They cut the horrible, knife like pain in my heel at least by half. As someone with extremely large, wide feet, (I wear an 11 Extra wide in shoes, and sometimes those are even a challenge to get on) I was afraid that they were not going to fit. The fit perfectly though, and they have given me back some of my mobility. I am glad that they come two to a pack, as I can rinse one in the sink, hang it up, and wear the other one the next day as the first one dries. They don't seem like they are going to be super sturdy, but I have already subscribed to having a pair sent to my house every month. It is a small price to pay for being able to move around without pain. The gel on the bottom could be a little thicker, but they do fit into my shoe well, so I guess I can't complain about that. If you are suffering with horrible heel spur pain, give these a try.

Not what I expected. Worked ok if all your doing is sitting. The silicone slid in the the material, and hurt my foot. The strap did not feel like it was at the right angle for fitting over the foot, which affected the ability to properly secure in place.

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and had sleepless nights in pain as a result of walking around on hard floors at home (living in a hot climate) and exercising with inadequate heel protection in my shoes. Doctors advise both rest and also comfortable shoes / slippers with padded heels to absorb the impact. I prefer to use Welnove Heel Protectors at home because they do protect the heel, easy to wear, absorb the impact, washable and they don't make my feet sweat (unlike slippers). I bought 5-pairs so I can rotate them but I probably only really need two (one wash/one wear). They are not quite as comfortable as wearing slippers at home but they have brought pain relief and have worked for me.
