i love the case however does the fact i have to double my stethescope over to fit make it where my stethescope will warp or anything?

The case is excellent quality and a less expensive option to the Litmann case. It does warp but my Litmann Stethoscope returns to normal shape after wearing it. I think this case is worth trying.

Will the Littman 3100 electronic fit this case?

I don't know, for I'm not familiar with the size of it. My master cardiology and the cardiology 3 fit well.

Does it fit littmann 3m classic II?

Yes - this fits classic II (I do have a classic II and it does fit).
