Works great!
Works great! My phone fell and hit a corner, the screen protector did its job and the proctor cracked but didn't crack the screen underneath. I haven't needed to replace it yet because the proctor hasn't chipped and fallen off like other have so i'd say it's durable.

Zero privacy protection. VERY UNHAPPY.
Please read the update below the original review. This is supposed to be a privacy screen protector. I had one from Zagg on my old phone and loved it. It blocked the view of “shoulder peepers” extremely well. I couldn’t find a Zagg replacement for it when I bought my new phone (they hadn’t been released yet), so I went with a cheap Chinese knockoff. It was okayyy, but not nearly as good as my Zagg had been. So when I saw this Zagg privacy screen protector for my new phone on Amazon, and it was on sale, I bought it. I was giddy with excitement waiting for its arrival. When it arrived I asked my son (who works at a retail cell phone carrier store) to install it for me to be sure I didn’t get any bubbles. I held the phone up and turned it this way and that, rotated it and for the life of me I couldn’t find a spot anywhere on the screen where it protected my privacy. There was an ever so slight dimming from the extreme sides, but not enough to keep prying eyes from reading what’s on it, and there is zero dimming from top or bottom or diagonally. Privacy is not at all protected with this screen protector. As a plain screen protector, I’m sure it will work to physically protect the screen. But it will not protect even the slightest bit of privacy. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. Calling this a privacy screen protector is a misnomer. I expected much better from Zagg. I would have been better off keeping the cheap Chinese knockoff. As bad as it was, it was better than this Zagg. UPDATE: So now I’ve had this for 3 months. The screen protector cracked and I went online to make a claim on the warranty. It turns out that the “free” replacement is not free at all unless I downgrade to a lesser model. If I want the exact same model, my “free” replacement will cost $15. But for $20 I can replace it for the one I thought I was purchasing to begin with that supposedly has 360 privacy. On top of that they also charge tax and $10 shipping. So my “free” warranty replacement will cost over $31 total. SMH This is definitely not the quality and experience that I had come to know from my previous Zagg purchases. If this one doesn’t work properly, and protect the screen, I will go back to the cheap Chinese knockoffs on Amazon with free shipping. I could buy 10 of those for what this is costing me. And so far, the cheap Chinese version had much better privacy protection. Zagg needs to up its game. It’s lost WAY too much ground already. When you’re the most expensive product on the market people expect more. Furthermore, to eliminate customer confusion, various levels of privacy protection should be clearly labeled and described: light privacy protection, moderate privacy protection, and full privacy protection, with clear descriptions of each. I thought I was purchasing full privacy protection, when it turns out that it was “protecting” only from the sides (albeit extremely poorly). But for warranty replacement, only the “lite” version is “free”?! No.

Good Privacy Screen
Does what is it supposed to do. Fitment is great and quality as well. Easy to install and I like the warranty if you ever crack it they will send out a free replacement but you have to pay shipping which i dont mind as I dont have to spend the original price to replace.

Decent protector
This screen protector is very clear. Was very easy to install and fits very well. The privacy angle is very nice as well. There’s no issues in how it registers touches on the screen. It is very smooth and it stays under the edges of the phone case. The only downside is it cracked and spidered after one drop. I still am not sure how because it wasn’t a very far drop and it appeared to like squarely on its side. Granted it has done its job and the screen underneath isn’t damaged. It was just weird that it got damaged the way it did and on the first drop.

Zagg = Worth It
I will be a lifelong customer of ZAGG. They provide lifetime replacements for the screen protector you purchase, and their products are by far the best quality. I’ve bought cheaper ones that cracked soon after installing them, but that has never happened with ZAGG. Their protectors are also easy to install. I have an iPhone 17 Pro, and the protector covers about 99% of the screen, leaving less than a millimeter of space between the edge and my case.

I do not recommend this.
TLDR; Do not buy this for the warranty its a scam and is not worth it. They have no customer support. No one screen protector that last less than 2 months is worth $40 I had this screen protector for my last iphone 2-3 years ago with a positive experience; only needed one replacement during the period I had the phone so I recently purchased this again since I was using off brands and they would chip at the corners easily. They charge $11 for a replacement to be shipped. But they also require you to send back the broken fiber glass screen protector. I didnt realize this because it did not make me send it back before. I requested a replacement over a week ago and paid the $11, today I get an email that they are refunding me the $11 so I went to check the status and my ZAGG dashboard shows that I need to return the broken screen to get the replacement. So I'd have to spend about another $11 to ship back BROKEN GLASS. It does not tell me where im even suppose to ship it back to. I am so confused why I'd be spending money to send back broken glass but at least give me the address on where im suppose to send it? I already spent $40 on ONE screen protector, im going to be spending another $20 to get a replacement? thats $60 for a screen protector that lasted me less than two months. I do not recall the specific drop which caused this screen to crack but usually my phone just drops from my bed to the floor and for this price id honestly expect this last longer because this was no different than the 3 for $20 screen protector i purchased previously. Since im suppose send back my screen, that means i'd have to buy ANOTHER screen protector after I take this off so my screen isnt bare for the few weeks for this replacement process to go through. Now that I know to send it back i tried to reinitiate the replacement and it wont even let me it. When I go to warranty replacement there is no products listed even though on the dashboard the screen protector is listed. Their website also indicates "In an effort to lower our carbon footprint and create a more positive customer experience, we will not be requiring the damaged InvisibleShield to be returned." Am i missing something here? Their customer support is nonexistent, their virtual bot doesnt give any helpful information, it offers me the option to create a ticket, by "selecting the option below" once u select that option it DOES NOT create a ticket for you it instead reroutes you back to the beginning of the bot chat and this useless bot offers the same trash "information".

Solid Protection & Real Privacy — Totally Worth It!
recently upgraded to the Glass Elite Privacy Screen Protector for my iPhone 15 Plus, and I’m honestly impressed with how premium it feels. The installation was surprisingly easy — the alignment tray helped the protector fall perfectly into place with no bubbles at all. What I love the most is the 2-way privacy filter. When I’m texting, scrolling, or checking my banking app, people sitting next to me can’t see anything. The screen looks bright and clear to me, but it turns dark from side angles, which gives me real peace of mind. The protector itself feels extremely strong. The edges are reinforced, and I can tell the glass is thicker and tougher than regular protectors. I’ve already dropped my phone twice on tile floors, and the screen is still perfect — not even a scratch. It also resists fingerprints really well, which keeps the display clean without constant wiping.
