Amazing
If you suffer from poor sleep these are the answer, amazing. I’ve suffered horrendous sleep pattern for years, three of these and my nights sleep is deeper and I feel refreshed, I’ve been taking them for a few weeks and I cannot believe the outcome.

Great quality, but 3 pulls a dose seems excessive (though smaller size may help some)
3 pills per dose is quite a lot BUT the smaller size makes them easier to swallow for people who struggle. Quality is brilliant.

This is a lower dose Magnesium supplement that is agreeable with certain health conditions of mine. I will definitely stick to this strength and brand from now and the price is very fair. 😊😊😊

Waste of money
So disappointed at such a lose dosage of elemental magnesium, it's non-existant. I wish I read the negative reviews first. A complete waste of money.

Best ever
These have been a life saver. Easy to take and small and Iv been taking these for months and total loss of restless leg/body syndrome sleeping better and feeling so much better with my fibromyalgia
