I've tried Arm and Hammer cat litter in the past. To be honest, I was totally unimpressed with its performance. I've seen the Slide advertised for the past few years. After buying new automatic litters, I decided to try it. I'm totally blown away. There's no odor, and I mean none. The litter bonds together into tight clumps that are easily cleaned by the auto litter. I have 6 cats. One balks at using a litter once it's been used, even after cleaning. Arm and Hammer Slide has solved the problem completely. The litter is very fine, like sugar sand. So far it's not sticking to the liner in the automatic box at all, like the old litter used to. It's a premium litter, and frankly, a little pricier than other comparable litters. But, all 6 cats like it, there's no odor, and it works great with the automatic litter boxes. That's all I need.

This litter is the best! Yes it's a bit pricey. But it really is worth it. It's main feature is that the clumps don't stick to the litter box when you scoop them up! Also, it doesn't tend to stick to your kitties paws when they come out of the box! I find it better than the litters that are "low/no tracking! There's no dust when you're adding it to the box, either! It had a pleasant smell to it. I only notice that as I'm adding it to the box though. It clumps great for easy scooping! It's the best litter out there. No need to try any other litter available! It's like Mikey said... ...try it! You'll like it!! Some of you won't get that. It's from a rather old commercial for a well known cereal. It begins with the letter L*#e and ends e😉

Been using this for a few weeks now and it's solid. Clumps hold together well so scooping is easy, doesn't turn into a crumbly mess like some litters do. Tracking is pretty minimal too, not finding it all over the house like I've had with other brands. Smell control is decent, not amazing, but it keeps things from getting bad between scoops. Nothing fancy here, just does what it says. Would grab it again.

I've had cats since I was a kid and bar none, this is the holy grail of litter. I cannot thank A&H enough for making this product because it's everything I ever hoped for. Scooping has always been an exhausting job with having to scrape and push the clumped urine against the bottom of the tray only for it to all fall apart and for half of it to stick anyway. But with the Clump & Seal Slide, all that frustration is a thing of the past. It stays clumped and, probably most importantly, it doesn't gunk up your scoop. And the tracking? There's nary a bit in sight. I used to have to wear flip flops to get near the litter box despite having two mats in front of it since I despise the feel of standing on litter but this is fine enough (but not too fine) so it barely tracks and what little there is, doesn't feel uncomfortable under bare feet. My nearly 20yo cat is a Picky McPickerson so, as much as I would love an automatic litter box and/or a more environmentally-friendly litter, he's refused anything too out of the ordinary. Instead, this is the perfect balance - superbly innovative while still staying true to a conventional type of litter. I also love that it's in a cardboard box to avoid more single-use plastic, and although it's not lightweight, buying it here means I don't have to lug it from the store. It does have a somewhat perfumed scent which isn't bad, just there. However, with the baking soda in it, it does feel like it's actually absorbing the urine scent rather than just masking it. I wish I could give the developers of this litter the Meowbel Prize because yes, it's that life-changing.

I was very impressed when I first tried this litter. Odor control and clumping were both excellent, which is why I decided to subscribe for regular deliveries. However, I noticed a quality inconsistency. The litter I originally received was gray and performed very well, but one shipment arrived with yellow-colored litter instead. The yellow version was noticeably worse in several ways, especially when it came to clumping. I hope the manufacturer can improve quality control and ensure consistent product quality across batches.

I bought every clumping litter on the market and tested them. I keep a large litter box in my bathroom, and the dust of every other litter was unacceptable. This one is great. No dust. Clumps really well. No weird scent. Works well in Litter Robot. Best litter ever.

I have had cats my whole life. I’ve used clay litter, crystal litter, instant clumping natural litter, pellets, etc.. the whole nine yards. Recently, due to my living situation, I have to have my litter box in my closet. It has been a pain for the past year to find a litter that completely controls the odor—until now! AND I have an air purifier in my closet but up until now it has barely mitigated odors. I’ll give a short summary comparing other litters and why I’ve been inclined to write this review! Crystal litter - great at controlling poop odor but terrible for urine (especially if you have a cat that pees a lot). 1 1/2 - 2” of litter is supposed to last 2 weeks, so an 8lb bag, theoretically, should last 2 months, no. Also, you have to shift the litter around for the urine to be evenly absorbed everyday when cleaning out the box. However, if you have a cat that pees a lot then the litter gets over saturated, sits at the bottom of the box, and smells wretched. Therefore, needing to be changed more often and that’s hella expensive. It was great when my cat was smaller though! Clay litter - personally, I hate the smell of any clay litter, so this take is biased. Ever Clean cat litter is great if you don’t mind the smell of clay litter. Instant clumping natural “fragrance free” litter - Amazing at clumping urine and controlling that odor. However, if your cat takes a fat dump then it’ll be the worst smelling scent you have ever smelled. It’s vile. I don’t know what they put in Sustainably Yours (or anything like it) but it is terrible at controlling odors, specifically poop. I promise you, avoid it. Also, it’s expensive as hell. Pellets - Honestly, overall pretty great and also really cheap. I just found it to be a hassle to clean up when the pellets dissolved into dust. Really affordable too. Ultimately, this cat litter right here has done everything it said it would. I have not smelt any odors from the litter box since the day I put it in. It’s easy to clean out and I’m really satisfied with it + the price is decent. One thing though, the clumping for urine is OK. It clumps well but is mushy, if that makes sense. I would still take this over any of the other litters mentioned! Hope this helps!

I love this litter, it has a sand consistency instead of gravel. The cats track litter everywhere and this has cut that problem in half. Makes great clumps so it’s easy to clean the litter box.

With no exaggeration this is the best litter for you cat. It was left in our motorhome for a month (forgot) and the delicate scent was there after two months of use whilst away with our cat. No waste, as the small granules stick to the .... thus your scoop collects only the wet or dry remnants. One box has lasted over 6 months. Don't hesitate because of the cost. Get it and try it.

Si lo que buscas es una arena libre de polvo y que haga bueno terrones de pipí esta es la mejor opción. En cuanto al olor es cierto que hay mejores que lo cubren por más tiempo, pero a cambio de no tener polvo que te afecte a ti y a tus gatos vale mucho la pena.

Literally the best brand I have ever tried and this one is even the best version I have tried from this brand. It does not dust at all and the consistency is also slightly different, it feels somewhere around soft sand and litter. It clumps SO VERY well and clean up is so easy and oddly satisfying. Will continue purchasing.

Increíble! Esta y la arena Scoop Away son increíbles, ganando por plus de olor esta arena. Las heces se encapsulan bien y si se llegan a romper un poco por agarrarla mal, se rompe en otra bolita (no en boronas, contaminando la arena como otras arenas). Desprende un olor agradable y mi gato no ha presentado ninguna molestia, disgusto o reacción alérgica. 10/10 !
