I found myself here because we had the misfortune of introducing our son (with autism) to the hit Disney kids show, "Little Einstein". Something about a Russian doll was on there, and we got a little tired of all our cups going missing because he loved to mimic what the Russian doll would do. He was very, VERY pleased with this purchase. Two years since we got it, and he still cherishes this Russian Matryoshka. It isn't imposing in size; it's very portable- even his little 4 year old hands were able to grip around it comfortably. He loves the animals that come out of it as well. When it is not being handled or used, it makes a wonderful decorative addition to his bookshelf. The wood was light and each animal detail was painted and varnished on each piece very well. It did take a bit of an effort for him to open the inner few dolls, but we prefer it that way as it keeps the doll from falling apart easily when being moved. Overall, I think this was a great purchase. It definitely did much to save the rest of what is left of my cups in the cupboard.

my 7 yr old grandson asked for Russian Nesting dolls for Christmas, when I saw these I thought perfect for him. And they are perfect, good quality, nice look. Great for the price. He will love them. Good size, great paint job, fun toy.

We really love these matryoshka dolls! They’re bright, smooth, and safe- my child loves playing with them 💛 Great quality and a wonderful way to introduce traditional toys.

The smallest doll gets really stuck in the bottom of the next size. I have to use pliers if I want to get it out. Ears broke immediately. And it's not very easy to put pieces back together. I actually ended up just thrusting it away.

These are so cute! I had to gently slice through the paint of one of them to open, a couple of them are pretty tight fitting but with use I think they will become easier. The painting is perfect, my Grandson will love them.

I have a different style set of these that all of our granddaughters always want to play with when they come over (and they'll fight over it lol) so we purchased these for all of our granddaughters and nieces (this one in particular for our 4 year old) for Christmas and they LOVED IT!! The colors and details are so pretty and they all have fun taking them apart and discovering the smaller one that's next! Highly recommend as a unique gift for all ages!!

These are so cute and my grandchildren love to come over and play with them.

Had trouble with these not fitting or nesting into each other very well. I bought a set to try them out for myself before giving them to some of my younger nieces for gifts I haven't been overly happy about two sets neither one of them fit together very well. Might try a different random nesting dolls.
