Good for joint support
Bought this for joint pain and it’s actually helping slowly. Not instant results but I can feel less stiffness now. Worth trying if you have similar issues.

There should be 120 tablets in this bottle but receiving only 90 tablets. Quantity is very less...

I highly recommend these Himalayan Organics products! The Shilajit really helps with strength and stamina, and it is great that it s natural. The Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM is also top-quality and has made a noticeable difference for my joint health

Caused stomach discomfort despite low dosage
I started taking this glucosamine supplement mainly as a preventive measure for joint health, even though I don’t have any joint pain currently. I was careful with the dosage and took only 1 tablet per day, much lower than the recommended serving size. Unfortunately, I experienced significant gastric pain and stomach discomfort after taking it. I tried it on more than one occasion to be sure, and the issue repeated. While the ingredient profile looks good on paper, this product did not suit my digestion at all. People with a sensitive stomach or acidity issues should be cautious. Stopped using it due to the discomfort. Effectiveness for joints couldn’t be evaluated because of the stomach issues.

Looks like it works, worth giving it a try for atleast 3 months
Looks like it works. I have made my mom have glucosamine for over a year now as she has osteoporosis and has pain some times. This one also works on pain. Before this I bought tabs which only has glucosamine, but this one has some pain killing abilities, and looks like it is working. She hasn’t complained about pain in a while. It’s not about price, whatever works for her pain, plus why not give it a try? Elders already go through a lot of medication, one more tablet if it works.
