No idea if this did anything after 2 bottles 2 months
Arrived fast. I've taken 2 bottles over 2 months, 7 pills a day, no idea if it did anything. Didn't feel any different whole time.

Worked best for my Cholesterol
I am a big believer of Chinese herb medicine; this one didn't disappoint me. My cholesterol has been high and I've taken medication to alleviate that. Each half year, I get a blood testing so that m the it can monitor well. I was taking Guang Ci Tang - a month before my test last year and while taking I felt really hungry and the result was the best in the past few years! Disclaimer; you might want to research what herbs actually work for your body, in Chinese medicine practice, there are ways to determine whether you're body is colder or warmer, weaker or stronger, and the symptoms to get most out of it. Otherwise, it can be strong yet you do not see the effects. or even possible getting a poorer score in your liver.

Does not work.
I am an RN and a diabetic and I use the Dexcom G7 to keep control of my BS. This product does absolutely nothing to lower them. I do not recommend you waste your money.
