Not missing on flavor!
I know I’m not alone in diet restrictions and I feel I’m missing so much. I bought this along with their Taco seasoning. Delicious! I feel like a normal person again. The salsa is mild and packed with flavor. These were so good, I ordered other products. Yes, they can be a bit pricey but considering all the things we cannot eat, I will splurge on these products.

Honestly? Pretty dang good salsa.
If you didn’t know this salsa lacked garlic and onion, there’s a good chance you wouldn’t notice—or miss those ingredients—at all.

Low fodmap nobody else makes
The best!! I tried to make myself, but can't get the exact taste... I love it, great for breakfast or chips and dip gluten ibs low fodmap!

I'll buy it again
I have the mild version and it suits my taste. No after effects. One problem. The lid on the jar in my second order had been knocked off during transit and the contents had spilled into the packaging. I had to ask for a refund. I don’t blame the company. I think it was knocked off due to rough handling while being shipped. I do intend to reorder and probably try the medium version.

This salsa has good taste, mild and ok for IBS as it does not contain onions or garlic

This salsa is amazing! Since I had to stop eating onions and garlic I haven’t been about to enjoy salsa on my nachos or tacos until I found Fody Foods. I definitely would recommend this for anyone dealing with the same digestive issues.

Nobody noticed it did not have onions or garlic!
I have had great success with all of the Fody products. The Mild Salsa especially was a great hit with everyone, even my grandkids. Nobody seemed to notice it was missing onions and garlic!
