Very good and crisp.
Absolutely delicious: very nice texture, very good balance of taste, not overly sweet. One of the best biscotti I have tasted.

Arrived crushed
What was intact were very good cookies, but Amazon shipped them in a soft bag. They arrived crushed. Only a couple cookies survived. The rest was crumbs. I recommend them, but don't buy from Amazon.

My last order,received on Friday August 18,2023,all 4 packages were stale and broken Not happy at all
