Good buy for mt200s
It fit good and it looks good. It looks like pretty solid material. Haven’t had it for that long but it’s doing the job. Got it for mt200s

It’s exactly as advertised and what you (probably) need
Exactly what was advertised, just was not for my bike because I’m trying to put the right shoe on the wrong foot

Does not fit 180 IS.
IS 180 is not the correct size. It does not space the caliper far enough out to properly fit a 180 rotor on the rear of an IS frame. I am unable to get the axel inserted as the brake caliper is hitting the rotor and preventing the wheel from being installed... it's not even close. Do not waste your time with this and get the Shimano mount.

If you know you know
Ok if you know what this is then you know what it's for. There are no markings on it to show the size or which end is up. But, you'll figure it out. Some of these can be tricky to order because of the way they are listed and because front and back mountings are different. Keep going until you get the right size so you only have to use small screws. Do NOT pull on the brake lever when the caliper is off. When mounting calipers keep the screws loose so that it moves freely, make sure it's on the disk correctly. Then pull on the brake lever and hold it. While holding the brake lever tighten the caliper mounting (this brackets') screws. The caliper should be set to go. This is how you change pads too. Do NOT take off the tire to change pads. Take off the caliper. Good Luck.

Not perfect.
The washers are needed to fit 180mm rotors in the rear otherwise the rotor will hit the caliper.

Perfect fit
Was the correct fit, the quality is great and it was delivered quickly.

Not Flat!
Seem durable & lightweight. Bolt holes for the IS mount on my fork and frame lined up, bolt spacing for the Post Mount is correct, however the flats of the posts are not flat and cause the caliper to sit at an angle, but this was only on one of the two that I bought. As a machinist; it was an easy fix, but that may not be the case for all.
