Does everything you need perfect rice, sauté's and slow cooker among several features and all are fabulous.

This item has failed me seriously. I didn't used it immediately I bought it because I saw it love it and bought it kept in the storage in its package. About six months later, I had a large number of family members who visited at Christmas, the rice cooker didn't work and it is just hanging around. It is annoying because it is fancy looking and expensive but failed my expectations.

Bit annoying. Slow delivery means I'm not sending it back, I'll change the plug myself. Looks and feels great but haven't got it working yet.

As soon as I picked up the box I knew we had a problem, it rattled like a bag of screws! And even though I requested a return and refund because it was faulty they still expected me to pay the postage! To return it was going to cost me £50! I just put it in the bin as wasnt worth the cost. I contacted them saying that as it's faulty it's their responsibility to cover postage they just ignored me. DO NOT buy this. I'd give it minus stars if I could, even zero stars would be too much

Does not do anything that it advertises I am trying to send this back for a refund. So very disappointed, was so looking forward to using all the functions as advertised

Çok memnunum, basmatiyi gayet iyi haşladı, sarma sarıp pişirdim ve tava böreği dahi yaptım, sadece düğmede ki farklı pişirme seçeneklerinin ne işe yaradığını tam anlamıyla internette bulamadım
