Great product for the price.
This is a good source of energy for my aging body. The tablets are small enough, and easy to swallow. There is no after taste or side effects. Capsule form is the best is you can get them. I do recommend.

Unexpected chest pains
Felt a sharp sticking pain in my chest after taking a few times. I am not sure if I’m allergic or it just happen randomly but surely does after taking these. Giving 4/5 since I gave to my mom and she sais she is fine
