Very nice but need to address the loose fitting glass panels
These are very nice and robust light fixtures, however as others have mentioned the loose glass panes need addressing. If you install per directions the glass rattles around and is not very secure. Here is what I did and it worked perfectly. The top square final unscrews off the top of the fixture and exposes a 12mm nut. Remove the nut and take off the top of the fixture. This will give you access to the upper channels where the glass will slide into. I got a tube of clear silicone and filled all four channels with silicone then slid the glass panels through the bottom slots. The glass panels will then slide into the silicone filled upper channel. Once all four panes are installed, go to the bottom of the fixture and fill the slots with a light bead of silicone before you install the square holder with the 4 screws. After glass is installed install your bulb through the top of the fixture and reinstall the top. Once the silicone drys the glass panes will not rattle around in the fixture but be safely secured to the fixture frame. In future to change bulb, take off the top of the fixture, like described above, to access bulb. One other thing I did was put grease in the upper final as well as the shaft where the 12mm nut goes to make sure it don't rust in place preventing the easy changing of future bulbs. I also bought the led flame bulbs to make this fixture look like a gas light. It looks great on our rock columns. see pics.

Poor fit and finish, glass panels are not correctly sized
Item arrived with one broken glass panel, so am attempting return But I don't think I'd want this anyway, because the glass panels fit extremely poorly They've added a cheap vinyl "bumper" which is a PITA to apply and which are carelessly sized - like each one is a slightly different size Worst of all, the glass panels _do not fit properly_ - they are too narrow for the lamp. So if you don't get them perfectly centered there are gaps on one side or the other, and presumably they'll rattle about in the wind Finally - borderline offensive design as far as replacing the lamp is concerned - unscrew the finial, then remove a nut hiding underneath with a wrench before you can even contemplate the rest of the disassembly required If this was $50 it would be one thing, but for 4x that price it needs to be great. It is not great.

Great looking light!
Looked for quite a while for a substantial light for our gate columns and couldn't find much that wasn't over $800/each. Stumbled upon these and very happy with our purchase. For the price these are fairly large and don't look Itty bitty on the column. I wanted an obscure glass so they don't look dirty all the time, love the honey colored bubble glass that gives a welcoming glow at night and I won't have to feel like they need to be cleaned all the time. Who wants to clean their gate glass all the time! The finish is beautiful, they were easy to install and look very regal at the top of our driveway. Very happy with these and highly recommend!

Looks FABULOUS/ Difficult Install /Glass Shakes a bit
We got two of these to top off our paver installation project and we LOVE the way the lanterns look. But the install was frustrating - something about AC current versus DC current and how they worked with the transformer...blah, blah, blah. Way too complicated for me, but between hubby and the contractor, they figured it out. Also, the glass panes that surround the lanterns are beautiful, but everytime the wind blows, the panes move and we hear the "tap...tap...tap." ANNOYING. Otherwise, I would have rated the full 5 stars.

Good quality and substantial size and shape for large column
The material of this light is made with 1/8 inch sheet metal with a nice decorative coating. I was impressed taking it out of the box that the weight was much heavier than expected. The assembly was straight forward. The glass is installed easily with bend over tabs that rest the glass on attached rubber pads. This was one of those purchases that when the item came, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the purchase Followup two years later: I have four of these on top of large stone flat slab columns. They have not rusted, and look as good as the day I bought them. Followup five years later, the lights look great still and have kept their finish. No issues is a good review.

Looks alright, nice lines, but loses color and glass rattles
Electrician installed two on patio stone pillars, not the easiest to install. We prefer oval frosted bulbs, low wattage, warm color. LEDs glare too much. We had to glue all the the glass panels in place to stop the rattling in any breeze. After 2 years, the black finish is worn off, they are matte gray with streaks of dark red, of all things. You get what you pay for, and in our case they were more expensive than they are now. I'm going to paint black with grill paint and keep them a few more years. Oh well.

They are really pretty, but they will rattle in the wind.
These are really nice lights, but one bad thing about these lights, but the glass in them aren’t sturdy, so every time when the when blows they will rattle, so we got some black silicone, and put some in each corners. Seems to work.

glass moves in the wind to make a noise
The instructions for installing were excellent but the glass side panels did not fit very well, they could be moved and made noises when the glass hit the frame of the lamp. The lamp it self is made well but the company who made this light has to find some way to stop the movement. A rubber seal that the glass can go into way work. Looks great!
