I originally bought one FrSara Neck Fan to test in the operating room — I now own four. These are absolute workhorses. I work in an operating room that tends to be very hot with a surgical gown on. I was able to wear this underneath an air blows through my neck collar and keeps me a good bit cooler. It has vents for the air around the band and it’s not clear if they are supposed to go up or down. Good airflow through the ends. It produces a fair amount of noise; as you would expect with a motor right by your ears. At low settings it can be a nice white noise equalizer for loud spaces e.g. playground. May set off or exacerbate tenitis especially at the higher speeds. Works well. Easy to grab and go. The casing is hard and very hard plastic feeling. It’s not bothersome while wearing but doesn’t feel luxe to the touch.

I bought the FrSara Neck Fan mainly for outdoor walks and gardening in the summer, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with its performance. Right out of the box, the build quality felt solid and the non-slip material gives it a nice, secure grip around the neck without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. The air flow is stronger than I expected – even on the low setting, it provides noticeable cooling, and on high, it’s very effective without being too loud. I especially like that the fan blows evenly from both sides and doesn’t feel lopsided like some other neck fans I’ve tried. The 360° rotation lets me angle it exactly where I need the most airflow. Another big plus: no hair tangling! I have long hair and that’s been a problem with other fans, but this design keeps everything safe and snag-free. Battery life has also been great – I get several hours of use on a single charge (I’d estimate around 6-8 hours depending on the setting), and it recharges relatively quickly. Perfect for outdoor activities, travel, or even working from home without cranking up the AC. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a portable, quiet, and powerful cooling solution!

My workplace is often somewhat warm and this works great to help keep me from getting sweaty! It offers a moderate amount of cooling and has three setting for the fan (low, medium, high). On the medium setting I get hours of use out of it and it usually lasts for my entire, 8 hour, work day (but I do NOT run it continuously). It recharges quickly. Four hours fully recharges from completely dead. It does not work very well in an extremely hot environment since it recirculates the ambient air. If you use it outside when it’s 90° it’s just going to blow the hot, 90° air back at your face. But it works great when you’re inside and the area is just too warm (and you don’t control the thermostat). I work as a floral designer in a large supermarket and I would be super sweaty at work every day. Using this I don’t get sweaty and feel much more comfortable. It’s comfortable to wear and lightweight. Plus the black, carbon fiber design I chose doesn’t really stand out so it’s not super noticeable. It’s also great for hot flashes!!
