Love love love this handy little machine, has two settings, one being for very fine ice like you find in slushies, easy to clean and use, if I had to say one negative thing about it it would be that it’s quite lightweight so you really need to hold it while in use or it can move about.

Good for crushed ice used in cocktails and looking forward to iced coffee and Slushiest in the summer

It crushes ice though seems to make hard work of it. Looks smart, is easy to put together and clean. I've never used an ice crusher before so cannot make any comparisons.

Found this machine to be a great asset in this hot weather, after a little playing and experimenting with different drinks, can now say it's a great machine and well worth getting.

Terrible product sorry to say … doesn’t do anything as described

After a few bad buys I was a bit reluctant to try this but there was no need! Setting it up and using it is very easy and has made making slushies for the kids a doddle. I use crushed ice from the shops instead of ice cubes; it's easier to fit into my freezer and I can feed it into the machine better. I've only used the fine setting as we like having shaved ice for snow cones and slushies. It works well for both purposes but we like to add the syrup and some water after using the machine when making slushies. The ice that comes out obviously isn't as fine as a store bought slushie, so we feel this makes it a bit easier to drink. We also like being able to choose our own syrup flavour, which is harder to do when mixing the syrup straight in the machine. The kids absolutely love having a treat with this and I can see it being very popular at birthday parties and in summer!

this does indeed crush ice, but the two setting do not make much of a difference; it is the same size of chips either way. I was hoping for some large pieces and finer slush, but no. both are a slush.

A great product, perhaps a little over fabricated, but looks neat and is stylish. Easy to operate and safe to use. Ensure the top lid is correctly fitted as the product's safety feature will not allow operation until the lid is fitted correctly. Easy to clean with removal parts and easy reassemble. Ideal for frappe's and slushy's or any other application that requires shaved Ice. Come with two settings of Ice shaving. Fine or Course... but both are pretty much the same. Due to the nature of the Products' job, do not be alarmed by the noise of the operation. You are cutting hard blocks of ice. It is bound to make some noise! Good product. Ideal for winter and Summer use.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'interrupteur pour démarrer ou arrêter. L'appareil se met en marche dès qu'on le branche et il faut le débrancher pour l'arrêter

Das Gerät hat keinen Aus- und Einschalter. Weiterhin hat es einen Wackelkontakt. Mal funktioniert es und mal nicht. Der Rücksendeantrag wurde zwar angenommen und ein Rücksendetikett erstellt, aber man muss es auf eigene Kosten ins Ausland schicken. Service sieht für mich anders aus. Bin total enttäuscht.
