Add is for 10 lbs but the bag shows 5lbs. So how many lbs?

It's 5lb but you get 2 bags in total. That's why it says 10lb. It's a great deal. I'm super happy with the purchase I made. Great packaging and product.

Does it dissolve easy in water?

Yes it does dissolve fast in water.
