Great product. Has been revolutionary charging the phone.

When I got this it did charge my phone but very slowly. It initially said 7 hours till full charge but I gave up and went back to mu cable charger. Two weeks later, I decided to give it another go and it isnt charging at all.

Very nice charger, looks nice and chargers about as fast as any other wireless pad I've used, nice and thin too, the rubber feet grip well, my only gripe with it is that the LED can be a bit bright at night, and if you have a "slippy" phone case it can slide off. As a plus I've found that whiteboard pens write on it really well so the one I have at the office doubles as a memo pad for phone calls 🤣

PROS: Sleek, well designed CONS: 1) I have an iPhone11 with this clear case https://amzn.to/3dQvKqQ. When I place it on the charger, unless it's placed exactly right, it doesn't charge. the whole point of buying the wireless charger was to make it easy to drop the phone onto it, but this doesn't work. 2) What's worse, is that since I've used this unit, my iPhone is behaving erratically. The screen automatically starts going from one screen to the next. the side button doesn't turn off the phone. Coincidence maybe, but this only began to occur after I began using the unit, so I believe something about the wireless charger has affected the iPhone software. > Will return it.

I bought one for my use with my iPhone 12 on the basis that the description states it works with cases up to 8mm thick. I assumed that would be fine with my Quadlock case. It was not. Neither did the other one I bought work on my wife's phone without any case. Both phones are fine with a different brand 3 in 1 wireless charger. The included instructions (clearly written by someone who's first language is not English (why do they do that??) state that 5mm is the maximum, not 8mm. Now, I confess I don't quite get where the 5 or 8mm comes into play . . . . presumably they are talking about the overall thickness of the case, not the thickness of the part of the case that would separate the back of the phone from the charger (1or 2mm at most, surely?) but that's unclear. Either way, with my case on it does not work - and it's a faff to take the case off every time. Secondly, although the product description says 'ideally' use a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 power supply, the user guide states that a regular Apple charger is actually unsuitable for use, full stop. i.e. you have no choice but to buy a different charger. Not a showstopper, but a frustration that it's not made clear before you buy. And finally, the manual elegeantly states that "it is a normal phenomenon that the wireless charging pad will be fever during charging." I guess that means it will become hot. It goes on to say you should remove the device after it is fully charged so as not to damage the phone or the charger. So, that precludes using this as an overnight bedside charger, then, which is what I bought it for. Again, it's frustrating that this is not menioned in the product listing. So, leaving aside the misleading product listing, it's very hit and miss whether this is going to actually work.

This great value little wireless charger is cute looking, practical and works well. It has a small unobtrusive indicator light to let you know it’s charging. It’s smooth and easy to keep clean. It made my husband jealous, as he bought a different one first for slightly more money and it’s bulky and flashes when charging (not good when trying to get to sleep!). Love this, no complaints.

Very pretty, great size, looks great on my desk. Cord is approx 3 feet long. Only thing I would change is the cord is black but the charger is white / rose gold, It would look nicer if the cord was also white, other than that great product. Works with my iphone XS.

Died after 3 months of use . don't recommend Edit : The problem watch from my cable. Sorry i was wrong . it was working fine

Muy cómodo, pequeño y práctico Además de tener un estilo muy elegante La carga es normal, no es FastCharge pero funciona muy bien No se puede utilizar con todos los teléfonos, yo tengo iPhone y funciona bien pero por ejemplo con oppo o huawei no lo coge También hay que tener cuidado al principio y saber donde tiene la parte tu teléfono porque muchas noches se me ha quedado sin cargar ya que se me ha movido sin querer Es una muy buena opción si siempre se te rompe el cable o si estás harto de usar siempre cables, pero no puedes utilizar el teléfono cargado ya que es incómodo

The charge is a bit slower than a cord charger, but this works well and is convenient.
