How are the food processing capabilities? Can anyone attest?

This thing is a monster, it creates the smoothest hazelnut butter and it chops vegetables beautifully. Not tried all the functions but so far it’s been great. Only problem is with small quantities. It doesn’t work well if there’s not enough stuff in there.

does it make celery juice?

You actually can use this as an extractor. You can put one inch pieces of fruit or vegetables with a water and make an extraction. For example, 2 celery stalks and about 8 ounces of water will make celery juice.

You could either go through Ninja or there's a few sellers here on Amazon. I bought 2 extra 24oz cups here in Amazon for about $24 bucks.
