- Let's Go to the Potty!: A Potty Training Book for Toddlers

My son loves this book. We read it every time we go potty and sing the potty song. Potty training him has been very hard but this book helps so much.

I think this is an excellent book to prepare your toddler for potty training. I looked at several books, but they were too silly and not straightforward enough. I wanted something fun and cute but straightforward enough to use as a teaching tool to introduce my toddler to what it will be like to potty train. This book was perfect for us. It has sweet and fun illustrations that are appropriate for a boy or a girl and don’t show any private parts or excrement. It uses clear and concise language (such as “you might have to wait for the pee and poop to come out”) that a toddler can understand. It also tells each step of potty training: wearing diapers, how to know when to use the potty, what steps to take when it’s time to go potty, and starting to wear underwear. My 2.5-year-old really enjoys reading this book and has requested it repeatedly. He interacts with it and seems to be learning from it. This is a great teaching tool and I would definitely recommend it!

This was a favorite potty training book. We read it nearlyy every day the past year. And now that he is potty trained we will read it about once per month.

The story is fun and engaging, the illustrations are colorful and beautiful, and the language is just right for young readers.

We loved reading this during the time spent learning how to use the toilet. The song and process is great for both learners and their adults.

the most realistic potty training book we had. It’s gender neutral. The Illustration is cute, the storyline is simple, clear and easy to follow.

Eu comprei a versão Kindle porque a impressa sairia cara por ser uma compra internacional. Gostei muito da história: é acolhedora, leve, tem a preocupação de não gerar traumas no processo de desfralde. Minha filha adora, principalmente porque ela tem uma girafa parecida com a do livro. A criança entende o processo de forma lúdica.

Illustrations are nice but story is not very engaging

Very helpful and great age appropriate explanation. Doesn’t really show what should go into the potty though.
