NiceClimbs El Crap Waste Bag Toilet Kit, Pack of 10

I've used 4 boxes worth of these now on camping trips and have nothing but positive comments. Just got my 5th box. I camp on rivers in flood zones where digging a hole would just get flooded at high water. Pack in pack out, and I wish more people did this everywhere. It's a great system, and keeps most of the smell in. Pink bags are huge for easy aim and the biggest of piles. I do find I like to add a better biodegradable wet wipe for better cleanup, but that's just a personal thing. I got a small 5L drybag for storage on long trips. Holds even more smell in and secondary containment.

My partner and I backpack a decent amount - probably around 5-10 times a year and we have been contemplating trying out “wag bags” to decrease our impact on the environment AND honestly trying to find the perfect spot to dig a 6” hole is not always the easiest.. anyways. I did a bit of research aka quick Google/Amazon search and fell upon these AND I absolutely love them. Typically we only use for one nighters or on the last night of a multi night trip because I am still working up the courage and confidence to carry my p**p for multiple days. The directions are right on the bag and honestly hilarious. It comes with a large pink bag (where you deposit your present) and it is quite large - good for all sizes. There’s some TP, antiseptic wipes, and some *stuff* you sprinkle to help with breakdown process of your *present*. I have never used any other brand so cannot compare, however, quality seems good to me. If you’re contemplating trying it out I definitely recommend- at least give it a go once and see for yourself!

Using one of these at sunset on Mount Baker was the best outdoor toilet experience I've ever had. I haven't tried using one multiple times on the same trip, but the bag is pretty big, so I believe you could do it. Never noticed any odor, and the outer bag is sturdy enough that it's unlikely to get punctured unless you put it directly next to your crampons or something. Only downside is that this is a lot of single-use plastic, but at least you're not leaving waste in fragile environments.

These are the best waste bags on the market. The extra large inner bag is separate from the outer silver bag which makes it much easier to use. My only complaint is that the inner pink bag used to be a bit thicker which helped to keep the smell at bay better. But it's still a better product than the others I've tried.

As an ultra trail runner, with all kinds of digestive issues these things are a MUST. Lightweight enough to take on every run. The outside pouch is thick enough to reliably pack your waste out of wherever you are. Once used, it gets shoved in whatever stretchy part of my running vest that is available and I never smell anything. The area I train in includes a ton of super rocky soil (mostly impossible to dig a proper hole) and/or is an environmentally sensitive area for wildlife. The inner bag is large enough to provide decent coverage for your bum in case you're in a location where privacy is challenging. I don't do any outdoorsing without an El Crap bag, and you shouldn't either!

What can I say. Never had one fail, and each package contains the perfect amount of supplies for your needs. Only thing better would be to provide some reading material

Omgosh. Don’t look any further lol. The pink poop bag is so big! Perfect. I have to say tho, after a couple days, the no smell factor gives way lol.

They were perfect for our Rim to Rim hike in May and were very convenient. Everything for clean up was included in each individual package. Will definitely reorder before we use all of the packages.

Haven't tried it in anger yet, but seems to be a very well thought-through and hygenic way of pooing outdoors. Good sense of humour too.
