Keeping pads in place

My wife has used it on her shoulder so it has been fairly easy as it lays nicely ove the shoulder on its own. It does come with two elastic straps that it believe would hold it in most positions.

I want to purchased this product im getting surgery on my RT shoulder in two weeks. How do i order and extinction tubing?

There is not an extension tube as far as i know
