In the morning! Thank you, John C Dvorak for recommendatating this great meat spice. I added it to beef jerky. It's very subtle but has a linlgering citrus flavor. This was about 1 Tbsp to 2 cups of soy, 1 cup of margarita, 1 Tbsp of garlic powder, and 1 Tbsp of onion powder.

Love this stuff!!
This stuff is absolutely wonderful. This particular brand is of very high quality and flavor. I use it on just about anything. Great on corn, peas, fish, potato, Rice and as I said most everything. And at a great price. Highly recommended A+.

Good source for spices

Very disappointed!
Don’t buy this product unless you want added salt. The description says “no additives…just ground spice”. Not true! There is so much salt in it that the sumac taste can’t be identified.

Great brand of sumac
This is the second time buying sumac from this company. I love sprinkling sumac on my salads, even when using salad dressing. It gives it another layer of flavor. There are many recipes that call for sumac as well. This brand of sumac is just sumac without anything else mixed in. Try it for a different flavor addition to your food.
