Autel MX900 The Autel MX900 is a professional tablet-type automotive scanner that allows you to diagnose complete vehicles, not just the engine. It has an 8" touch screen, Android system and is compatible with most cars from 1996 onwards. It offers advanced features such as reading and erasing codes, live data, active tests and more than 40 maintenance services (such as oil reset, electronic brakes and battery). In general, it is a fast, easy to use and very complete tool, ideal for mechanics or people who work with automotive diagnostics. Its main limitation is that it does not perform deep programming and requires paying for updates after the first year.

I purchased this unit 2 years ago, What I like about this unit is it doesn't just give you code, it provides troubleshooting procedures. I also liked the fact that it does active monitoring and testing of components, you can save/print data for later review. My main uses have been driveability issues and working on ABS brakes systems. This unit also does diagnostic and programming for TPMS systems. The cost for the updates is reasonable, not like the scanners from the white tool truck that comes around professional shops. You do not have to update the database every year, I only update it when I get a new car! 100% satisfied with this machine

Wow this Autel maxicheck MX900 is an absolute amazing scan tool love how it has the kick stand works great to hold the tool on the steering wheel and the battery life lasts awhile plenty of features this tool does most of everything and easy to use

I like the tool for the most part. The cost is decent and autel tech support has been good. My biggest disappointment is that the map and baro sensors read in psi instead of volts on the live data screen. I've been reading it as a voltage reading for 16 years at the dealer. I'm going to have to figure out the psi reading. I've used map value to determine if a vehicle needs a valve adjustment for years. Mind you I was an Acura tech for years so I'm talking about Honda/Acura V-6s. It is a nice tool all in all though. I was also informed by tech support that the maxisys I bought though Amazon did not originate from the USA so although he was able to take care of a couple issues I had he did say there are some limitations to what they can do. Don't know if it's true or not. He did fix my issue other than the map/baro issue. It's with all maxisys. We have a 908 at the shop and it also reads in psi

Awesome, Great Product

We purchased this for use in in our Chevrolet dealership a little over a year ago. Since then we have used it for a variety of jobs for non GM vehicles that before having this, we would have turned the work away because we didnt have the proper tool. It has proved to be a good investment. And on occassion I have had to reach out for some tech support, and they have always been able to help.

I purchased this unit (MK808TS) in August 2022, it came with one year of free updates. I bought it for personal use. I went to use it in January 2024, but to my surprise, it didn't work. Come to find out I have to pay for a yearly subscription for it to work. Of course, they did not have that in the description of the one I bought. If I had known that I would not have bought it. Perhaps that is by design! I paid $684 for a unit that will not work after the first year without buying a yearly subscription. Customer service told me it would work if the software didn't get corrupted. Believe me, your software will be CORRUPTED and you will have to pay! They did not have that in the description of the unit I bought. You have to dig to find it. I am OCD when it comes to the care of my tools and my unit is like new but guess what it doesn't work because it is corrupt. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! Q: Just wanting to know how much is the yearly subscription on mo808ts A: Autel official price of one year update for MK808TS is $295. Kindly be noted that there is a one-year free update for the tool starting from the registration date. After one year update expires, the software on the tool can still be used as long as it is not corrupted. But if you want to fix bugs in the current software or keep the tool covering newer functions or car models, you’ll need to buy a subscription for it.

A well made scanner that is easy to use, did what I bought it for with no issues. Used Autel products before and always happy with results.

It is a really good diag machine

Bought this model 27/1/2024 as an upgrade from 808bt screen is blank when switching on no problem i thought still under warranty contacted autel would not help because I bought it from Amazon not happy
