These slightly sweet rolled wafers are beautifully crisp and so airy they melt on your tongue. I found these while searching for a satisfying gluten-free snack and they have quickly become an obsession. You don’t have to be gluten-free to enjoy them - just ask my family and friends! These coco rolls taste great with coffee or tea. If you take the time to enjoy them mindfully (I admittedly struggle with that), snack time becomes a bit of a get-away. Even if the bag won’t last long, it is resealable. This 6-pack is a good value compared to what I pay individually at my local supermarket.
