I work out every day and this is my go to protein without any animal or GMO or soy or dairy in it. It is all made from different types of mushrooms. It is unflavored, but it has a little bit of monk fruit in it, which makes it taste goodbye itself, but I make smoothies. I put a little fruit and some nuts And some Chia seeds and flaxseed oil and hemp seed into 12 ounces almond milk even though it says you can add ice or water. I don’t want it water down then I put a scoop of stuff and put it in my ninja bullet. It’s very delicious and smooth, but you must drink it all up quickly or it’ll get too thick and that’s normal for protein products but it helps me get my daily protein. It’s the same time while I’m working out as I’m older, but I’m very fit and athletic for my age and I don’t look my age And I am gonna continue to fight that for a long time and this protein drink is all vegan even though I’m not a vegan. I am a big fan of it and it’s the best protein drink. I have found out on the market so far and it’s third-party test it as far as I know , I love it and I will always buy it Actually, very worth the price that you pay for it and it is actually delicious

I love this! My normal protein powder by Premier Research is out of stock so I took a chance on this brand. It blends well, not chalky, quality ingredients, good benefits and great flavor. Even though I got unflavored, it has a great cinnamon flavor that went well with my mixed berry/banana smoothie. So as long as other buyers like cinnamon, they’ll be very pleased.

All I can say is that I went into this with absolute Zero expectations. I am a coffee person and not even good stuff, I choose instant because its faster to make then to brew a pot and have the leftover waste of a filter and grounds. I wanted to try this stuff on a whim and this brand was on sale and the cheapest. even with that its still pricey! but man the benefits for me are out of this world. I've no longer needed naps to get through my days. bed time at midnight, up at 6am and nap from 230-3pm. I do not have the jitters like I did with caffeine from coffee, and I just feel better overall. literally the only thing I changed from my diet. cons: it has the consistency of wet beach sand and it tastes like soggy cardboard mixed with powdered baking cocoa. adding sugar, stevia, Honey, mixing it in oatmeal, nothing works for me. still, I will happily power it down given how it makes me feel.

I've been a faithful customer for over 4 years. My husband drank their coffee and we decided to give their protein smoothie a try after we bought a multi pack from their site. We were immediately hooked! It was delicious. I gained muscles I never knew I could (which wasn't even my goal), it was a great meal replacement for me as a busy mom and my husband saw GAINS too (lol). And, most importantly, it WASN'T CHALKY or CLUMPY. I had tried other protein powders before and I could never get past how clumpy they were. I have food sensory issues and chalky clumps are a huge gag reflex thing for me. We weathered the price hikes, going from twenty a canister to buying it less when it reached over thirty! And it's one thing to raise your prices, but now they've changed the formula?! And now it's EVERYTHING I loathed about other protein powders! It's CHALKY, CLUMPY and it tastes less chocolately decadent and more sickly sweet. And trust me, our basic recipe a couple times a week is literally just 4 bananas, Silk almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and 2 scoops of the powder. That's it. My kids even have it sometimes too and they keep asking me to stop putting maple syrup in it, that it's too sweet and my kids LOVE sweet stuff. Even my less picky kids are annoyed at the change! It's clumpy now no matter how much I blend it and it was never that way before. Also, they delete negative reviews. I posted a negative review about the price more than a year ago and it got taken down, basically saying I can't mention the cost of it. What nonsense. But when I started this product it was over 4.7 or 4.8 stars and after the price hike it slowly started going down. I still have a bunch of the old formula, so I may take pictures to compare, but there's another review that showed the difference in ingredients in the new formula. They even took out a bunch of the good stuff, including the pumpkin and less mushrooms. Yuck. Why should we all pay more for LESS quality now? Bring back the OG formula, Four Sigmatic! This new one is AWFUL! You've lost me and I suspect you'll lose more customers with these changes. The whole jack up the cost and offer less quality is a terrible business model that inevitably fails.

Great protein powder that has a great taste and has many benefits for your overall health

I've been looking for a clean vegan protein powder for some time. In particular one with a decent taste. Didn't want any gums or Stevia. Used it this morning for the first time after a run. It was a little gritty, probably because I didn't add enough almond milk in or shake it enough. But the taste was very good, like cacao and not too sweet. Enough protein with the added health benefits of mushrooms. Didn't realize what I a good deal I got for this on Prime Days.

Yes, it is on the pricy side; however, it's worth it for me. I find the taste is really good, better than other plant-based protein powders I've tried. It dissolves and blends well. I feel really good about the ingredients, and it's the only protein powder that doesn't make me bloat or give me stomach pain!

This is a very good protein powder! I really find the vanilla flavour to taste great! I mix with some high protein yogurt and a few frozen berries, and voila! A delightful little high protein snack! My only issue is that the price is quite expensive when you want to consume it daily. I unfortunately can't enjoy it as much as I'd like, for that reason.
