EIt is a great product and its price is excellent.

I thought it was going to be an amazing product that worked well and I was wrong. The adhesion is great and the light is bright. My only issue is the remote doesn’t make the colors change as they should and one of my strips is off. The first 2-3 feet from the box is the same as the other strip and then the rest the color is off. If I set it to blue one strip doesn’t work at all(pictured). If I set it to pink one half is red(pictured) . If I set it to reading color via the app one half is yellow (pictured). I love it just wish it worked better then it does. Other then the color issue, I was able to connect to the app well. Edit to add: I reached out to support via the email in the instruction manual, expressing my issues with the color being defective and was sent out a fully working replacement. I am very happy!

As long as you know this is not a seamless light strip (lots of space between each light) - this is a great product when you compare the low price to what you're getting. I was sold on the fact that it is compatible with Alexa - and it definitely is! It's very easy to add to the Tuya app, it took almost no effort. It's very long (fits all the way around my bedroom ceiling, but again - wide spacing). Although flimsy, the wiring is well protected with no malfunction at all. As can be expected at this price, you are not getting a full range of colors. Warm white is very artificial, and the "scenes" are a little bit of a stretch from what the colors can actually provide. The adhesive backing is quite weak, but irrelevant if you use it on a channel like I did. I still think it's fantastic when taking the great price and smart home usability into consideration, though!

I loved the way they went up smooth and simple and the adhesive was strong enough to stick but not damage the drywall. But even after plugging in a checking to make sure all of them work before placing on the wall. After they were installed it seems that the green color nodes are broken on two or three of LEDs on the whole strip not terrible but it does create an eye sore. For red and blue the Three LEDs will light up again and it looks amazing but for green they just shut off and are black. Not sure if this is an isolated issue or not! Also the pairing with the Tuya Smart app has terrible instructions. And got me nowhere to connecting them with my google home or phone as advertised. But luckily I found that when it says to turn off and on 3 times you don’t need to do that with the remote. but with the plug In wall I unplugged and replugged the power supply three times as instructed from the wall then the lights started to blink red and then the app finally recognized the lights underneath the strip lights (wifi) option. Hopefully this was helpful long review but it definitely frustrating not having a troubleshooting spot for these issues!

When I received this product, I was very worried I wouldn't be able to us the wifi/app aspect of the product due to my apartment wifi requiring to enter a MAC address in order to add anything to the network. However, if you are having this problem, I did find a workaround. On a windows computer, set up a mobile hotspot, and connect your phone to it. Then, go to the app and set up the lights on the app per usual, using the mobile hotspot as your network. After it is connected, the computer should show the MAC address of the lights on the mobile hotspot page. You are then able to add it to your apartment wifi, remove the device on the app, and then re-set it up after connecting you phone back to the apartment wifi. Again, very niche problem that will probably affect only a couple of people, but I hope this helps to anyone who is having this issue in the future. Works great after I was able to set up the app, and I love the ability to control my lights with my Google Home.

The lights were very easy to install. And they look great. They would be five stars but, the instructions on how to connect it to the app are very vague. so I cannot get all of the functionality out of the lights I would have wanted because I cannot connect them to the app. On the fence about keeping them or not.. UPDATE. The company reached out to me to help me with the app. Everything is perfect now. 5 stars.

The biggest issue I have with the lights is that immediately after putting them up, they stopped working properly. I took care to gently and cautiously apply the lights to my wall as I hung them up and tested them both before and after hanging. They worked fine with all colors. However, after powering them off once or twice while working to pair them, 3 LEDs began to no longer function with red at all. For example, when set to red, they were dark. When set to blue or green, they worked fine. When set to "orange" they remained green while the lights on either side were yellow. This leads to another flaw - the color balance is garbage. It only works for solid colors that are not a blend. Orange especially does not work and presets offered in the app change to wildly different colors, such as a beige, when activated it turns to more of a cyan. When set to white, they are tinted slightly blue. Regarding voice control and the app (using a google home) it seems to work fine, albeit limited. You can change colors and turn it on and off, as well as brightness, but can't set it to flash or anything. The app is a little janky but works decently for the purpose.

Bight and works well for light in closet. Easy set up, no issues with stop not sticking.

one of the lights died a few hours after setup, had to order connectors to fix it and it was annoying to do while it was attached to wall

I bought this product but I missed read the length so have way more than I need. Ive used it to light up the back of my TV and have wrapped the lights 2x around. Th remote is nice works well to change colours etc. I would recommend them.

These things have been plugged in for about 2 year straight!!! They were extremely easy to put-on the wall. My son loves them.
