250 I.U. Retinol palmitate ( vitamin A) , liquid paraffin, light liquid paraffin, wool fat and white soft Vaseline. This is listed on the instruction leaflet. I hope it helps?

Is this tube screw top sealed i.e does it need to be pierced to be sure its unopened

The tube screw top is very tiny and is not sealed at all. It is exactly the same as prescription from hospital & chemist, ie, no seal.

Is the tube easy to squeeze as i have bad Arthritic hands .Thank you.
