No discernible smell. Dries the wounds out amazingly well. Homeopathic with no artificial ingredients. Biggest problem is availability. Comes from California and delivery takes a while to get to the east coast. Rate it highly.

I have sensitive skin, and I have difficulty finding lotions that work for me. Dyes, perfumes, sulfates, and other chemicals used in some products usually irritate my skin. I like all of TriDerma's creams that I have tried and have found them extremely effective. TriDerma uses what it calls an "AP4 Aloe Complex." I found the commentary in the brochure interesting and learned more about its healing benefits..Other natural ingredients and vitamins (e.g.,Vitamins A,C, and E) are used. In addition, all of its products I have used are cortisone-, fragrance-, and paraben-free. TriDerma's "Intense Fast Healing Multi-Purpose Healing Cream" is unbelievable and has helped me rapidly recover from a chemical burn and wound, which have almost completely healed, on my left cheek. Not only was a large portion of my left check damaged, red, and inflamed a week ago, but a few of my co-workers were stunned when they saw my swollen face. Amazingly, the burn has been getting smaller and smaller and is healing faster than I thought was possible. I have also used Triderma's "Facial Redness Repair." I use it as a moisturizer, and it has improved the look and feel of my skin. The product is marketed to anyone with problems like redness and inflammation and people who suffer from Rosacea, Although I do not have Rosacea, it also has been more hydrating than other creams I have tried.I learned about the intense healing cream after receiving a sample when I purchased the redness repair cream. I quickly ordered it on Amazon after I got a chemical burn! I am usually a tough critic, but I love this line of products. I find TriDerma's creams more soothing than other brands. It feels good just to put it on your skin.You can find most of Triderma's products on Amazon, or you can go to triderma.com, which lists where its products are sold in your area. You may want to do some price comparisons. There are pricing discrepancies among retailers, and the price difference may be as much as $10 or more. FYI: Target prices its products quite reasonably. I also purchase some products on Amazon when I do not purchase a product locally. Have I raved enough about this product or shall I go on? Just kidding. I cut my middle finger with a window and it was taking forever to heal, the pain and burning was driving crazy. This was a life saver for me. I get disposable gloves and I put a good amount and then the glove and I spend the night with the glove on. In 5 days I can say My finger was completely heal

This is a mediocre review, because it's too early to tell if this product works as promised yet. I've applied it to a sore on my foot for a week. No change it. Can't tell if it's my own immune system healing the wound or the cream. As for 'speeding the healing process up' I have no evidence of that yet. Will update later if I see better evidence.

I have bought so many creams that state anti itch, all lies. This cream took my itch away immediately. I wear an ostomy bag and there's an area that gets itchy and I get chafing. Best cream by far! I finally slept thru the night.
