What is the small piece that comes in the top with the silverware?

So I use it to hold in the silverware or you can use it to separate food

Does it come with untensils?

Yes, it comes with a spoon and fork that is made out of the same material (recyclable, wheatstraw plastic).

My daughter started using this September 8th, 2021, it has already broke. And the rubber piece started falling out about 2 weeks ago. Need replacement
