The top side hooks are a little fiddly. They don't seem to be made for the BMW X5 but once in place the net works fine.

This pocket style cargo net is a perfect fit for my 2024 X5 BMW. I was leery this order would end up a return because of a potential misfit or unappealing look, especially fitting a German vehicle. I was wrong on both counts. Perfect, easy to install and remove and matching to my interiors. Definitely a great buy.

Fit well in the G05 X5.. however strong chemical smell right out of the package. I have washed it with dish detergent and place it under the sun for few days and smell is still there... will keep it outside for 1 week and see if smell goes away.. if not, will have to return it.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase an off-label accessory for my new car, but this one was perfect. It took about 15 seconds to install and has so far performed its job of keeping bags full of groceries from rolling open and disgorging their contents all over the back of the SUV. Even better, it's significantly less expensive than having a net come with the car! The only thing I cannot comment intelligently on is the durability, as I just got it, but the netting itself seems just as strong as that on the net that came standard with my previous SUV. So far, so good!
