Cardini Leather Premium OWB Concealed Carry Holster for 5-Shot Revolvers, S&W J Frame, Taurus 605, 642 Airweight

Finding a good OWB leather CCW holster for a hammerless revolver is a PITA. A lot of them lack good natural? retention or simply don't work too well for CCW because they print under light cover garments. Fortunately, I found this one in Amazon for my new S&W 432UC .32 HR Magnum and it fits perfect with no break in required yet has a snug fit, especially when belted on your waist. As with any true pancake holster, reholstering is usually a two handed task since the holster flattens against your waist when empty. Not a problem for me since my usual holster as a LEO was a pancake but had a retention strap. Overall, an excellent holster for the money. The leather isn't the thickest like my 1791 Gunleather holster but it's not cheap either. The 1791 holster is great with THICK and STIFF leather, but the Cardini is more supple and conceals better with a light overgarmet than the 1791 because it conforms to your body. The stitching is strong and the belt slots are sized appropriately. Highly recommend.

Ordered one for my old .38 spl Colt Agent snub. Comfortable, I can wear it all day if need be, even while riding in my truck. Easy to conceal under an untucked shirt. Good, tight fit of my weapon. No concern about pistol falling out. Quality craftmanship. Got mine in Brown. Looks great. I'm a happy camper.

I have never liked inside the waist holsters and the hard plastic outside holsters are so uncomfortable to wear all day long. I wanted a nice leather outside the waistband holster for my Ruger SP101 2.25 / 357 wheel gun for my daily carry and the Cardini holster really fits my needs. It is nicely made, seems like quality leather and is very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend Cardini holsters, they are very nice quality and a nice small, family own and operated company.

The leather is quality leather. Fits my revolver perfectly (S&W mod. 638-3). As one reviewer mentioned, it isn't the easiest to reholster however the holster holds the gun snugly and it comes out quickly. Quality product.

Wanted a "classy" looking holster to carry a vintage revolver. I normally carry a semi auto in a IWB rig. I wanted a classic leather OWB for situations that I still wanted to carry, but had a low probability for armed conflict. This holster fit the bill. Fit my off brand old revolver great and is super comfortable. I was surprised how flat it is when on your belt. I also did not want to pay a premium price for a holster that I will not be using frequently. This is a great holster at a good price.

Excellent price for a good above average product. Materials are very good and well put together. I would give it five stars if the belt loops were slightly larger for of my wide belts. My 38 J frame fits perfect. I would recommend this holster.

I have carried my LCR for 10 years in a variety of holsters. I always wanted a close fitting leather rig, but I really wanted a thumb break. I bought this one and it fits perfectly. Very secure fit. No need for a thumb break! It puts the revolver so close to your body it's almost invisible under a shirt. Super comfortable and light weight. You forget it's on your belt.

I like that this product is made well with quality supple leather and stitched well. What I don't like is the holster does not stay open when worn around the waist. It will collasp when worn around the waist therefore making it very difficult to holster the pistol.
