Was happy to find the replacement part I needed at such a good price. While the original part did last a long time I liked getting this 2 pack so I have an extra on hand. This product looks just like the original part and fits and performs exactly as expected. Very happy with the quick too!

I thought it didn't work. I didn't realize our old cap was stuck in the mop. I returned it and originally gave a one star review. It was, in fact, the correct part. My mistake.

As described and timely

This was a perfect fit for my Bissell Crosswave steam mop water/solution reservoir.

This was almost a 1 for 1 replacement for the cap on my steam mop that cracked. The only thing that was off is the spring used in these replacements are too strong. So when pushing the water container into its slot, it would push back just a bit, causing water to leak into the reservoir area and out the overflow hole in the back. To Fix this, though, I replaced the spring with the original cap (Inside, pop out the rubber cone gasket, pull out the post, replace spring, stick it back in, replace cone gasket), and it worked like a charm. Maybe I'm being a little nit-picky with not giving it 5 stars, and would 10/10 recommend this product for the price if you need a replacement.

Not recommended. Purchased these in August, by November they'd become problematic. Something to do with cap screwed snug and water not flowing into steamer. Loosening cap works for now.

Perfect fit for my machine!!

This screwed on and fit the water tank great and worked as intended.... but after 10 minutes of use the tank started to lift out of the pocket and water would no longer feed into the steamer. It progressed to where it would pop out every 10 seconds after it was pushed back in. Had to duct tape it so I could finish the floor cleaning. My guess is the rubber sleeve around the short nozzle is not a good fit with the steamer. I have the Bissell 1940.

It fit my Bissell steamer perfectly.

It does not work. At least not on my Bissell steam mop. You can screw on but water doesn't come out of the container cosistently. Tested both in the pack, appeared to be a design problem. I'm sure they would have taken them back but i'm out of return window and that's on me. Nonetheless the 4.2 star rating has been quite misleading.

Exactly what was needed to replace cracked cap on the reservoir.

This product came in early.I did match this product up with my steamer.The cap does not match up with my steamer where the water container goes. I am not sure as of yet what to do at this point. I gave the rating a 4 star for not matching up with mine.
