I had to return it, unfortunately. I had every hopes that it will work for us. The mat has too much creases on it, I tried ironing them out, it got better but not enough the way I would like it to be totally flat, so all puzzle pieces won't look wonky. I think the puzzle trays could be smaller because it can take up too much space, you'll never fill it up with puzzle pieces.

Initially I would've given this product 5 stars, however the puzzle pieces adhere to the felt and are lifted out of place when the mat is rolled up! The out-of-place pieces were only across 1 section and not the entire puzzle. Still it required putting the puzzle back together. Otherwise it would have been perfect, especially with the felt holders.

The black felt piece was shipped folded and the cloth doesn't lie very flat.I would not give it as a gift. I am using it, but now trying to figure out a fiat surface for working puzzles. The most important function is the ability to roll it up.

You can easily roll up an unfinished puzzel and complete it later. Pieces stay in place!!!You also have 4 canvas bowls to separate the pieces in color categories

This was disappointing. I bought it to do a puzzle I’ve had for quite a while, and I was going to use it to with me somewhere so I’d have help with it. I started to unroll it and my puzzle came apart. Word of advice, don’t use with wooden puzzles. I found out the hard way.

We are happy with this product. Would be nice if they included instructions for use and care.
