What size should I order? Im small on top big on the bottom

Order whatever size you normally wear. I ordered a size up based on reviews and had to exchange because it was too big. Im 5'5, 185lbs. And i like a little room in my jackets. But i don't like swimming in them

It does NOT run small. Its VERY true to size. I always wear medium in coats and this is no different and VERY roomy!

What is the chill rating on this?

I'm not sure. I wore it in 18 degree weather with a long sleeve shirt underneath, and it was almost too warm after 20 minutes. It's a great, heavy coat for cold temperatures.

What is the sleeve length of the size small and medium?

I have a medium and it’s about 23 inches long.
