What size is the 2-pin connector? i specifically need it to be a micro jst 1.25mm.

The 2-pin connector is JST-XH, which has a 2.5mm pitch, and is 5.7mm wide (7.3mm at the wings) and 4.1mm tall (5.7mm including the clip). Sometimes these adapters market the connector as "CB-32D" but I don't think that means anything, I suspect they're all just copying and pasting that from each others' product descriptions.

Does this come with two cable adapters, or just one? The description mentioning "combo '2 pieces' of 3 pin to 2 pin cable adapter" is confusing.

Yes, it would be 2 pcs of the 3pin to 2pin adapter.

The male have only 2 pin? I can't see the 3

Both female and male ends only have 2 wires. It's is made to take a 3 pin connector and adapt it to only 2 wires and only 2 pins in female & male ends.
